How is this different from in-person IOP?

Guidelight is committed to delivering high-quality, accessible, and clinically sound care through virtual services as an extension of our in-person offerings. Virtual care is held to the same professional, ethical, and clinical standards as in-person care and is designed to support client safety, engagement, and therapeutic progress in a secure and HIPAA-compliant environment.

Can I keep my current therapist?

Yes. At Guidelight, we believe in the power of collaboration, working together with you, your loved ones, other providers, and within our team to create a personalized and comprehensive care plan. Communication with referring providers is built into our program beginning at program commencement. Progress reports are sent to referring providers and they are given the opportunity to join the discharge planning session.
