Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) begins with a psychiatric evaluation and personal assessment. We use that to develop an individualized treatment plan for you. The clinical program is comprised of a combination of ongoing individual and group therapy.

Our providers will also manage any medications that are needed. Through one-on-one therapy sessions, you have the opportunity to work closely with a highly trained therapist who can teach you critical skills while providing the support needed. Group therapy sessions offer a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences and learn from each other.

Our IOP emphasizes flexibility and continuity of daily life. Participants in the program are able to receive the support and treatment they need while still engaging in their regular routines and fulfilling personal responsibilities. This approach enables you to maintain a sense of normalcy and stability, which can be vital for your overall well-being. It also allows for a smoother transition towards improved mental health as you gradually implement the skills and strategies learned during therapy. By offering a comprehensive range of services and promoting flexibility, our IOP aims to empower you to take an active role in your mental health journey.
