Partial Hospitalization Program

Don’t let the name fool you; this treatment program is held in a comfortable outpatient clinic. At Guidelight, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is specifically designed to provide a more acute level of care for individuals who require additional structure and support.

Our PHP offers a supportive environment where you will receive comprehensive treatment while still being able to return home at the end of the day. This program is particularly suitable for individuals who need intensive treatment but do not require 24-hour inpatient care.In our PHP, you participate in highly specialized individual and group therapy.

Guidelight’s providers will also manage your medication while in the program ensuring a coordinated approach to treatment. Individual therapy sessions allow for in-depth exploration of personal challenges, development of coping skills and the establishment of therapeutic goals.

Group therapy sessions provide a valuable opportunity for you to connect with peers who share your experiences. You will also have the opportunity to engage in therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and overall well-being. Our skilled providers will conduct thorough evaluations and prescribe appropriate medications, if needed. One of the key benefits of our PHP is that you can receive a higher level of care while still engaging in activities that give you purpose: like caring for a loved one, working or going to school. This allows you to maintain important connections with your support system while still meeting your daily obligations. By receiving intensive treatment in a structured environment alongside focused and individualized therapeutic interventions you will be well positioned for improvement.

Our goal is to provide a transformative experience that promotes stability, resilience, and long-term recovery.
