Everyone has a seat at Guidelight

Through collaboration with thought leaders from the top psychiatric and psychological institutions in the country, we have created unique and comprehensive clinical programming for our progressive day programs.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) begins with a psychiatric evaluation and personal assessment. We use that to develop an individualized treatment plan for you.

Partial Hospitalization Program

In our PHP, you participate in highly specialized individual and group therapy. Guidelight’s providers will also manage your medication while in the program ensuring a coordinated approach to treatment.

Evidence-based clinical program

Evidence-Based Clinical Program: Guidelight provides evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT) developed with Harvard/Mass General Hospital/McLean best practices.

emphasis on skills

The clinical curriculum has placed a priority on skills-based training for patients.

Specialized tracks for patients with shared experiences

LGBTQIA+ , Active Duty/Military/First Responder, Female Trauma Group & College student IOP.

Highly trained clinicians

Highly Trained Clinicians: all therapists will receive additional training in intermediate levels of care and treating specific patient populations.

Structural collaborative care

Collaboration is built into the foundation of our programs through multiple points of provider engagement and regular progress reports pushed to provider practices. This creates opportunities for input in the individualized treatment plan. Collaborative discharge planning is a highlight of this and ensures a successful step down in care that should keep the patient progressing.

Outcomes study conducted by top university

Guidelight recognizes that outcomes are patients’ lives and we treat them accordingly. We have engaged one of the top universities in the country to help us study our outcomes and learn from them as an organization.
