Our Model
Each client’s starting point is based on their individual clinical needs. Most begin in our Integrated Program with PHP and then step down to IOP — while some clients are ready to begin directly in IOP.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness and expressive therapy
Clinical support
Medication management, medical and nursing support, and discharge planning

Guidelight is not currently certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) as an IOP or PHP.
