Careers at Guidelight

We believe everyone deserves compassionate mental health care — and that includes our team. At Guidelight, you’ll work with dedicated professionals. Our team shares a mission to create access, foster connection, and deliver life-changing support.

We pride ourselves on fostering a mission-driven culture that’s inclusive and supportive throughout each person’s journey.

Our vision is to create a future where everyone can access transformative mental healthcare full of acceptance and free of stigma.

Thanks to the dedication and expertise of our teammates, we’ve been able to grow at a rapid pace to provide comprehensive, evidence-backed treatment, including an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Virtual IOP for adults and adolescents across multiple states.

We have had a positive impact on the communities we serve, demonstrating how accessible and empathetic treatment can help people work toward becoming the person they aspire to be and encourage those around them to do the same.

Frequently asked questions about working at Guidelight

If you want to know more about the ins and outs of working at Guidelight, we’ve answered questions that will help you see how we align with your career goals.

What is the culture like at Guidelight?

Here at Guidelight, we are committed to our mission of redefining mental health care, built on the power of connection and ignited by the belief that everyone deserves a seat in the mental health space.

We are a clinician-led business that lives our values of Compassion, Clinical Excellence, Collaboration, and Creativity. We work hard, we support one another, and we share a deep commitment to making care better — for the people we serve and for the team members delivering it.

What is the relationship between corporate and clinical teams? How does Guidelight foster collaboration between functions?

To deliver our values — Compassion, Clinical Excellence, Collaboration, and Creativity — we must operate as one unified team across clinical and support service functions.

Clinical teams deliver care, and corporate teams exist to support that care by removing friction, solving operational challenges, and ensuring clinicians can focus on what matters most: their clients.

How does Guidelight invest in the development of its teammates?

Every teammate has access to structured onboarding, regular mentorship, and clear performance expectations. We encourage learning through clinical consultation, peer support, and transparent career pathing, notably by launching two programs: “Continuing Education for Providers” and “Brighter Together,” to connect with external clinicians about their professional development.

Whether you’re a clinician refining your therapeutic skills or a corporate team member stepping into leadership, we’re committed to helping you evolve in your role and in your career.
