Guidelight Sisters Grove is a leading provider of evidence-based therapy focused on intermediate levels of care. We are located in northeast Colorado Springs near St. Francis Medical Center, just off Woodmen Road and Powers Boulevard, with easy access from I-25. We currently provide programming for adults and adolescents ages 12 and up.

Guidelight offers two structured outpatient programs, designed to work together. Our admissions team can help you understand the options and determine which level of care may meet your needs.

Our Model

Each client’s starting point is based on their individual clinical needs. Most begin in our Integrated Program with PHP and then step down to IOP — while some clients are ready to begin directly in IOP.

Guidelight’s treatment combines therapeutic approaches and clinical support to help each person work toward their individual goals. Our PHP and IOP programs include:

Evidence-based therapies
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness and expressive therapy

Clinical support
Medication management, medical and nursing support, and discharge planning
