Trauma Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program

Healing after trauma starts with support, structure, and evidence-based care

RESTORE (Resilience, Emotion Stabilization, Trauma-Oriented Recovery & Education) is Guidelight’s trauma-focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to help adults recover from the lasting impact of trauma.

What Is RESTORE

This program provides structured, evidence-based treatment to support clients in building resilience, regulating emotions, and reconnecting with themselves and others. RESTORE addresses the complex ways trauma can affect mental health — including intrusive thoughts, hyperarousal, avoidance, shame, relationship challenges, and negative beliefs about oneself or the world.

By combining gold-standard therapies with holistic, skills-based care, RESTORE helps clients move beyond survival mode and toward lasting recovery.
