Guidelight offers two structured outpatient programs, designed to work together. Our admissions team can help you understand the options and determine which level of care may meet your needs.

Our Model

Each client’s starting point is based on their individual clinical needs. Most begin in our Integrated Program with PHP and then step down to IOP — while some clients are ready to begin directly in IOP.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, behavioral activation, mindfulness and expressive therapy

Clinical support
Medication management, medical and nursing support, and discharge planning

Guidelight operates in Massachusetts as a mental health services clinic licensed to provide Psychiatric Day Treatment, which is sometimes described by insurers as intensive outpatient programs (“IOP”) or partial hospitalization programs (“PHP”). Guidelight is not currently certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) as an IOP or PHP.
