Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center Referral Portal
Your loved one’s next steps in care start here. The Guidelight team is ready to help.
Getting your veteran or loved one the right level of care in the days following a mental health crisis is your priority — and ours.
For many veterans, weekly therapy alone isn’t enough structure after an ED visit or inpatient psychiatric stay. Guidelight’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide structured care to help your veteran stay safe, build coping skills, and continue healing while returning home each day.
At Guidelight, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care during a critical period of recovery. Research shows that starting treatment as soon as possible — and staying engaged through the full course of care — helps reduce the risk of returning to the emergency department.
We can help with:
- Trauma, including combat and military-related stress
- Depression and mood concerns
- Anxiety
- Anger and conflict management
- Emotional dysregulation
- Self-harm
- Suicidality
